Job Summary
The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of Citizen Bank's dining account, overseeing day‑to‑day operations, financial performance, client satisfaction, and team leadership. This role requires strong operational expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead multiple teams while delivering high‑quality food and exceptional customer service. The General Manager partners closely with culinary leadership to ensure operational excellence and alignment with client expectations.
 
 
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of account operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high‑quality service delivery.
Manage full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
Lead and develop management and hourly teams through hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and progressive discipline.
Oversee payroll, labor controls, and scheduling to meet operational and financial goals.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and internal stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact.
Ensure superior customer service and consistent food quality across all service areas.
Partner with the Executive Chef and management team on menu development, innovation, and execution.
Support the rollout of new culinary and operational programs in collaboration with Company marketing and culinary teams.
Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, HR, and Company policies and procedures.
 
 
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business, or Culinary Arts preferred.
Minimum of five years of foodservice operational or management experience.
High‑volume production and catering experience required.
Proven experience managing budgets and financial controls.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Desire to learn, grow, and advance with a top‑tier foodservice company.
